In future PFAFF Industriesysteme und Maschinen AG and the Taiwanese enterprise Chee Siang Industrial Co., LTD. (Golden Wheel) are cooperating in terms of R&D, production and marketing of industrial sewing machines. Both companies are expecting substantial synergy effects in the global textile business due to this partnership.

“Golden Wheel is a strategic partner, which will enable us to offer reasonably priced machines with fair quality to our worldwide dealers” stated by Joachim Richter, owner of PFAFF Industrial, Kaiserslautern.

Golden Wheel is intending to produce basic machines with German technology for PFAFF Industrial. On the other side Golden Wheel will also distribute PFAFF hightech solutions from Kaiserslautern by using their sales network. To Joachim Richter this was a fundamental issue of this cooperation.

Both companies will participate in the international leading trade show TEXPROCESS in Frankfurt (24th – 27th of May, 2011).
